2. Product Description

The Shift is a self-guided digital audio experience for couples, delivered digitally with supporting PDF materials.

The product may include:

  • guided audio experiences;
  • downloadable audio files;
  • PDF guides or written materials;
  • bonus digital resources;
  • future updates, if made available at our discretion.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

3. Not Therapy, Medical Advice, or Professional Counseling

The Shift is not therapy, counseling, coaching, medical advice, mental health support, relationship counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional support.

The product does not diagnose, treat, cure, fix, heal, save, prevent, or promise to resolve any medical, psychological, emotional, sexual, or relational condition.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, abuse, trauma, mental health concerns, relationship violence, self-harm thoughts, or any situation requiring professional support, you should seek help from a qualified professional or appropriate emergency services in your country.

5. Payment Processing, Merchant of Record, and Third-Party Terms

Purchases of The Shift are processed through Fourthwall, our Merchant of Record and checkout provider.

Fourthwall may handle checkout, payment processing, taxes, billing, invoices, currency conversion, fraud prevention, order processing, digital delivery, chargebacks, disputes, and certain checkout-related or order-related customer support.

Fourthwall's own terms, privacy policy, buyer terms, payment policies, dispute processes, and order-related policies may also apply to your purchase at checkout.

Our Terms & Conditions apply to your use of The Shift website, product, digital content, audio experiences, PDF materials, intellectual property, product license, refund rules, disclaimers, and communications with us.

By purchasing The Shift through our checkout, you understand that:

  • your payment may be processed by Fourthwall and/or its payment partners;
  • your transaction may be subject to Fourthwall's Buyer Terms and related policies;
  • your payment, billing information, order details, and certain customer information may be handled by Fourthwall for checkout, tax, payment, fraud prevention, delivery, support, chargeback, and dispute purposes;
  • applicable taxes may be calculated, collected, reported, and handled by Fourthwall according to its policies and legal obligations;
  • your digital product files may be delivered through Fourthwall by email and/or download access after purchase;
  • refunds may be available under our 14-day refund policy (see Section 8 — Refunds);

We do not store your full payment card details on our website.

6. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed at checkout.

Depending on your country, state, or place of residence, applicable taxes such as VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes may be calculated, added, collected, or handled at checkout by the Merchant of Record.

The final price displayed at checkout before payment is the amount you agree to pay.

7. Digital Delivery

Because The Shift is a digital product delivered electronically, access to the product may begin immediately after purchase. You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout.

8. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy for purchases of The Shift Experience.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of the purchase date at theshiftexperience@outlook.com.

Please include the email address used for your order and your order details so we can review your request.

Because The Shift Experience is a digital product with access provided after purchase, we reserve the right to review refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate purchases, unauthorized sharing, excessive refund requests, chargebacks, misuse, or violation of our Personal Use License.

Refunds are not guaranteed in cases where there is evidence of abuse, unauthorized distribution, resale, public sharing, or other misuse of the product or materials.

If approved, refunds may be processed by Fourthwall, our Merchant of Record and checkout provider, according to its own refund process, payment policies, timelines, and applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Personal Use License

When you purchase The Shift, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital materials for your own private use.

You may use the product personally, including together with your partner, where applicable.

You may not:

  • resell the product;
  • share the files publicly;
  • upload the product to file-sharing platforms;
  • distribute the product to others;
  • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the materials;
  • use the materials for commercial workshops, client sessions, paid programs, public events, or group facilitation without our written permission;
  • claim ownership, authorship, or rights over any part of the product.

Each purchase is intended for personal use by the purchaser and their partner, where applicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available through The Shift, including but not limited to audio recordings, scripts, written materials, PDFs, branding, design, product names, website copy, concepts, structure, and related materials, is owned by us or licensed to us.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, public sharing, or commercial exploitation of our content is prohibited.

You agree not to use this website or product in any way that:
